  • Just after the day of Holi, a religious festival named as Holla Mohalla is celebrated by the people in Punjab. The day graces the arrival of a new test of the Sikh and is celebrated widely across the streets of the Anandpur Sahib in Punjab.
  • The teachings of Lord Buddha is vividly announced rather chanted in Ladakh. It brings about spiritual well being of the people. The ritual comprises of using bells, cymbal, drums and the Buddhist take the attire of the Indian culture and traditions of the place and celebrate the ritual.

  • Lathmar Holi of UP is one of the most widely celebrated and believed ritual people do. The females hit their men with a Lath(flat strip of wood) as a tradition of playing Holi. It is a belief that Lord Krishna visited the town to play Holi with Radha and seeing him all the Goopis hit him with the Lath. To commemorate the same, the people now play Lathmar Holi.
