It is a misconception that you will not be able to breathe in a freefall. You can very much breath during the freefall. Even if you have asthma and it is controlled, you can skydive and breathe. There is plenty of oxygen available in the air and it is not hard to breathe when you are skydiving in India.

8. Is There A Weight Limit To Skydiving?

If your weight is over 225 pounds (102Kg) you cannot skydive. That is the weight limit for skydiving in India and elsewhere because this is a sport that needs agility and physical strength. It is mathematics that lets one calculate the safety during the sport. Weight does have its effect on the drop zone and agility, therefore check your weight before you want to skydive.

9. Should I Eat Before Skydiving?

You must eat before skydiving but eat a light breakfast. Do not go on an empty stomach or eat heavily before the jump as it can make you feel uncomfortable. When skydiving in India eat fruits, snack on light food instead of typical Indian breakfast like parathas or any greasy foods. Drink smoothies, relish on a fruit bowl and eat foods that boost your energy and make you feel light.

Morning hours are the best time for skydiving in India. You can choose a slot between 8am-9am. The sky is clear, the weather is usually suitable for skydiving in this hour of the day. You will wake up, feel fresh, and can get ready for the sport without losing your sleep. Checking the weather is important to get the best time for skydiving. The temperatures are cooler at a higher altitude in the morning than in the afternoon. Always choose the right clothes to wear skydiving in India for a better experience.

11. Which Is More Dangerous Bungee Jumping Or Skydiving?

It is an individual thing to find either of the sports scarier. Skydiving in India gives you support of the instructor but is done at a higher altitude. Though it might look scary, it might be more exciting than scary as you do it with the instructor. Bungee jumping can be scary because you do it with a chord without the support of the instructor and can get boring after a while. The fatality rate in skydiving in India is minimal and the sport is worth the risk as long as you take care of all the safety measures and do it correctly. There have been accidents and deaths of a few people during skydiving but the mortality rate is 0.0007% during skydiving. That makes skydiving less riskier.
